Copyright Takedown Procedure

TV Mark respects intellectual property rights. The app displays metadata and artwork (posters, banners, cast photographs) provided by third-party services, mainly TheTVDB, as part of a personal TV show and movie tracking tool. TV Mark does not host or stream any audiovisual content.

If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content displayed in TV Mark infringes your rights — copyright, trademark, image rights — you can request its removal by following the procedure below.

1. How to submit a takedown request

Two channels are available:

• The dedicated portal (recommended): Rights Holder Portal. No account is required to submit a request; signing in (with Google) additionally lets you track the status of your requests online;
• By email: contact@mobiversegames.com, subject line "Takedown request — rights".

2. What your request must contain

To be processed efficiently, your request must include:

• identification of the rights holder and, where applicable, your authority to act on their behalf;
• your contact details (organization, contact email address);
• precise identification of the content concerned: title of the work and, if possible, the exact URL of the image or asset at issue;
• the legal basis of the request (copyright, trademark, image rights, other);
• a description of the rights invoked and any useful supporting evidence (registration references, chain of title, links);
• a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law, and that the information provided is accurate.

Any knowingly inaccurate statement made to obtain the removal of lawful content may engage your liability.

3. How requests are handled

• each request is recorded and reviewed by the TV Mark team, generally within 7 business days;
• if the request is incomplete, we will ask you for additional information;
• if the request is accepted, the content is blocked in the app and purged from our caches; the block is immediate and logged;
• if the request is rejected, you will receive a reasoned decision;
• in all cases, the decision is notified to the email address you provided.

4. Repeat infringement and in-app reports

Content published by users (comments, avatars, lists) can also be reported directly from within the app. Accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights are subject to measures up to and including a permanent ban, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

5. Content provided by third-party sources

When the disputed content originates from a third-party source (for example TheTVDB), the block applied by TV Mark covers its display in our app. We also encourage you to contact the source concerned for removal at the origin: thetvdb.com.
